Wayne has been around food processing his entire life and starting his working career in his family’s company Fatt’s Poultry. He has being involved in many other industries from construction to automotive, with the last being the health food industry that lead into the current businesses.

Richard Aspden - Vice President

Richard has been with Islands West for over 20 years and heads up the purchasing and sales departments.

Brent started his career as Islands West as a driver in 2002 working his way up to Driver Manager.  He is currently our day shipping supervisor.
