Fresh Cut Fruit & Vegetables		Lets us help you reduce your prep time and labour costs! Islands West has its own state of the art fresh fruit and vegetable processing facility. Our products are cut fresh daily and preservative free. If you can slice, dice, chop or shred it we make it. In addition to its full line of individual items like washed and chopped romaine, diced onions, peeled potatoes and fries Islands West also produces dozens of salad varieties, stiryfrys, and vegetable mixes. Don’t see what you need then give us a call – we continue to expand our product list and also offer private blending.

Fresh Fruit		Islands West prides itself in offering the best of seasonal fruits in a wide variety. We buy locally when in season and shop the world to insure we always have a broad selection of citrus and other fruits on hand to meet your needs.

Fresh Herbs		25 varieties of fresh herbs are always on hand from Islands West’s dedicated supplier. These herbs are brought in daily to make sure they are fresh.

Fresh Vegetables		Over 100 choices of fresh vegetables are stocked by Islands West and each is stored in a distinct temperate zone to insure optimum quality and shelf life. Vegetables are available by the case or by the pound to suit your needs.

Frozen fruits & vegetables		Islands West carries a full line of I.Q.F. frozen fruits and vegetables from apples to strawberries and asparagus to squash. We also have a selection of vegetable and fruit blends.

Herbs & Spices		From all spice to vanilla, Islands West shops the world to keep our stock of literally 100’s of different herbs in spices in stock and ready for you. We buy in bulk and package in our spice blending facility so that you can buy in the quantity suited to your needs (whether that is 500grams or 500 kg). Many of our items are sold with a choice of either paper packaging or plastic containers. We also carry a wide variety of blends, seasoning mixes and soup bases – many blended to our own recipes on site. Have specific needs? Ask about our custom and private label blending.

Misc items		Complimentary items such as fresh eggs, tofu, bottled water and a selection of prepared products are also on hand.

Speciality Produce		In addition to its line of fresh vegetables, Islands West also offers specialty produce with only 24 hours notice required. Items such as baby vegetables and edible flowers are among the many items we currently source. Looking for something specific? Sprouts		There are more than a dozen varieties on sprouts available to meet our client’s needs. If you don’t see the variety you want we can bring it in for you.
